Across any genre, the greats always seem to be the most competitive. They’re the ones with a chip on their shoulder. They have something to prove.
Their daily practice is to leave their old self-behind, progress forward with every stride. Acknowledge doubt when it creeps in and abolish it. Burn negative thoughts/emotions and compete every day. They are not afraid to be great.
